Services

Aside from routine dental care including cleanings, exams, periodontal therapy, fillings, crowns, dentures, implants, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, extractions, emergency care, etc., some of what sets us apart from other dentists is described below.

Laser Dentistry

We have expertise in using soft tissue lasers that allow us to perform many procedures that can be painless, reduce healing time, and prevent bleeding in a myriad of procedures.

Some of the treatments we now use them for include:

  • releasing frenums in patients that are for instance tongue-tied

  • recontouring gum tissue for more esthetic smiles

  • providing disinfection in periodontal (gum and bone) therapies

  • removing lesions

  • treating canker sores

  • removing excess gum tissue

  • implant recovery

  • removal of infected tissue

Invisalign

Many of you may have heard of Invisalign from friends & family or in the media.  The Invisalign treatment entails custom made esthetic, clear, comfortable, removable aligners to straighten teeth.

Straighter teeth include both esthetic and functional benefits.  You can look forward to a more beautiful smile, healthier teeth and gums, preventing cavities, easier cleaning, and better overall health.

Swollen, red gums can often be the result of having teeth that are crowded or too widely spaced. Unfortunately, these are also signs of periodontal disease. When teeth are properly aligned, it helps the gums fit more securely around the teeth, allowing for the strongest and healthiest defense against potential periodontal problems. That’s where Invisalign comes in. The comfortable and clear aligners gently and gradually begin to move your teeth into the proper position — without unsightly brackets and wires.

If you are interested in finding out if you would be a good candidate for Invisalign, please call Rebecca our front office coordinator today to schedule a free consultation.

Nutritional Guidance

We believe that nutrition is a very important component of preventive dentistry and overall promotion of wellbeing.

In addition to going over oral hygiene guidelines with patients for better home care and less need for dental care, our clinical team has a wealth of information on how systemic conditions may be related to your oral health, how you can help slow down degenerative processes,  and how altering your dietary habits can help prevent and even stop cavities.
